Desmopan® EC 33060DU DPS300 by Covestro is thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) with hydrolytic stability. It is a partially bio-based grade made of bio-based succinic acid and propanediol (Bio-PDO). It has >20 % reduced carbon footprint and short cycle time. It is soft and elastic thus eliminating the need for plasticizers. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for footwear industry. Offers superior resistance to oils, fats, solvents, weathering and high-energy radiation. Desmopan® EC 33060DU DPS300 contains special UV stabilizer.
