Vistamaxx™ Performance Polymer 6202FL

Vistamaxx™ Performance Polymer 6202FL by ExxonMobil Chemical is an isotactic, easy to process propylene elastomer with random ethylene distribution. It is produced using proprietary metallocene catalyst technology and it passes film appearance test with regard to gels (A rating).

• It possesses very good elasticity, flexibility and toughness.
• It exhibits excellent adhesion to conventional or metallocene PP and PE, and to various polyolefinic substrates like film, woven and nonwoven.
• It offers very low seal initiation temperature, high seal strength and high peel forces when used as adhesive layer of co-extruded surface protection films and masking tapes.
• It shows good chemical resistance to aqueous systems & non-hydrocarbon-based fluids.
• It is very effective at increasing the coefficient of friction of PE or PP blends.
• Recommended for calendared & extruded sheeting/profiles, extrusion coating, cast film, PP/TPE modification, compounding, lamination, injection molding and packaging.
• Vistamaxx™ Performance Polymer 6202FL is RoHS compliant and may be used in food contact applications.
