Zeotherm® 100-80B

Zeotherm® 100-80B by Zeon Chemical is a recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is based on polyacrylate elastomer dynamically vulcanized in a matrix of polyamide (nylon) plastic. Possesses lowest durometer and survives long-term exposure to 150°C (300°F) air spikes to 175°C) and low temperature performance (-40°C). Offers excellent resistance to many minerals, synthetic motor oils, transmission fluids and greases. Is bondable to polyamides via overmolding (insert and 2-shot). It can be processed by injection molding. Zeotherm® 100-80B is recommended for automotive and industrial applications.
