ecovio® F2332

ecovio® F2332 by BASF is a biodegradable chemical for compostable film that is partially derived from renewable resources. It is made up of ecoflex® F, an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester, and polylactic acid (PLA). It has anti-blocking and slip agents in it. It has a large sealing window, which is essential for sealing layers of mono and multi-layer film constructions. It has a high melt strength, is thermostable up to 230°C, and has outstanding mechanical qualities. It has good processability, wet strength, and welding characteristics. It may be printed in 8 different colors using flexo printing. It is intended for conversion to flexible films via the blown film process. ecovio® F2332 is used in the production of garbage bags, organic waste bags, and t-shirt bags.
