TECACOMP® PA66 ID blue 4072 by Ensinger is polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with a detectable filler. It is detectable via metal & X-ray and is suitable for processing by injection molding. Offers safety against residues, damaging loss of image, incalculable follow-on costs as well as toughness modification for lower susceptibility to breakage. It fulfils food contact requirement in conformity with the FDA requirements, Directive 2000/72/EC and Regulation (EU) no. 10/2011. TECACOMP® PA66 ID blue 4072 is used in food engineering, compound for detectable cable ties, knife handle in detectable plastic and transport box.
