Polystyrene SH432HG by I. Stern and Company is a high impact polystyrene (HIPS) resin. This hard & rigid grade possesses impact strength more than five times that of general purpose polystyrene (GPPS). Exhibits high gloss, excellent toughness & environmental stress cracking resistance and offers good processability. It can be used as a replacement of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Suitable for processing by extrusion. Polystyrene SH432HG by I. Stern and Company is used in thermoformed containers & lids for food packaging and custom sheets. Complies with UL 94 flammability regulations.
