Pyramid™ SE2219 PPS

Pyramid™ SE2219 PPS by Polymics is a black colored polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) wear grade (10:10:10) reinforced with 30 % carbon, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and graphite. Possesses high mechanical strength & stiffness, fatigue & electrical properties that remain stable over a wide range of frequencies and temperature. Exhibits excellent performance at high temperatures, low moisture absorption, recyclability and low permeability. Provides creep & high wear resistance and excellent chemical resistance in environments that are corrosive, high temperature and/or high pressure. Offers excellent hydrolysis resistance in steam, water, brine environment and natural flame retardant composition. Can be processed by injection and compression molding. Pyramid™ SE2219 PPS is used in bushing, valve seat, thrush washer and ESD.
