EMI 161 Z is a light weighted polypropylene (PP) grade filled with 10% stainless steel fiber. Is electrically conductive and provides electromagnetic shielding (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. Exhibits excellent chemical resistance, good heat resistance, easy processing and possesses good mechanical properties. Designed for injection molding process. Possible applications is manufacture of meat tenderizer. Complies with FDA and UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
