WINDFORM® GF 2.0

WINDFORM® GF 2.0 is a water-insoluble powder of a composite material based on polyamide filled with glass and aluminum. It exhibits improved thermal properties, mechanical properties, heat deflection temperature, tensile strength, elongation strength and greater ductility. Also exhibits less moisture absorption than other WINDFORM® products. Possesses excellent mechanical properties and lighter weight. Maintains glossy metallic appearance, hence suitable for many design and wind tunnel applications, offering an even brighter look. Applicable in various racing applications and functions subject to greater vibrations. WINDFORM® GT is suitable for 3D printing (selective laser sintering). Applications include intake manifolds (intake and cooling ducts, air inlet systems), hydraulic ducts (fluids temperature further elevated up to 134°C), fuel systems and household appliances.
