VICTREX® PEEK 450CA20

VICTREX® PEEK 450CA20 by Victrex is 20% carbon fiber filled, semi-crystalline polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade. Exhibits excellent strength, stiffness, dimensional stability in high temperature and harsh environments and standard flow. Shows chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts & oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Provides excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. VICTREX® PEEK 450CA20 is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium and complies with FDA.
