VICTREX® PEEK 90GL30

VICTREX® PEEK 90GL30 is a semi-crystalline, 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade. Shows low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. It is a high performance food contact grade. Exhibits easy flow, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Possesses excellent strength, stiffness, excellent dimensional stability in high temperature and harsh environments. Offers wear and chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts and oil. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Suitable for processing by injection molding. VICTREX® PEEK 90GL30 is used in sterilization of medical and food contact applications and complies with FDA.
