Xydar® LCP (liquid crystal polymer) is a glass fiber or mineral-filled resin that features excellent flow properties. This resin can be injection molded into thin-wall components making it ideal for SMT components such as coatings, composites, connectors, additives and electrical motor components. It also has outstanding strength at extreme temperatures to 300°C (572°F). Xydar® LCP resin is inherently flame retardant and has outstanding chemical resistance with little or no flash. Additionally, it offers sufficient dielectric properties to ensure efficient electrical transmission for 5G antenna applications.
