Tuftec™ H1221 by Asahi Kasei is a hydrogenated styrene ethylene butylene styrene copolymer (SEBS) grade. It is supplied as a dusted, dense pellet. Offers good flexibility, good transparency, strong heat seal property and strong adhesion property. It is used as an impact modifier of polypropylene (PP). Suitable for the use of adhesive layer of protective films with hot-melt and pressure sensitive characteristics. It may be used for medical applications. Tuftec™ H1221 by Asahi Kasei is recommended for transparent apparel packaging & carrying cases, folders & toys, elastic films for bag liners, tarpaulins, signboards & other products, adhesives & sealants, substrates of fastening tapes for protective sheets, logos, lines on sportswear, sports shoes, transparent tote bags, waterproof bag linings, tarpaulins, work aprons and diaper backing sheets applications. It is Drug master file registered and complies with FDA 21 CFR FCN821, USP Class VI and EU Directive 10/2011 regulations.
