OnFlex™ U 5370A-E0077 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a general purpose, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPE-U), based upon alloys of styrene ethylene butylene styrene block copolymers (SEBS) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). This soft and oil resistant grade exhibits wide hardness range, good scratch resistance, excellent mechanical properties and abrasion resistance. It shows good processability and chemical resistance. It is processed by calendaring, film extrusion and injection molding. OnFlex™ U 5370A-E0077 is recommended for automotive, industrial and consumer applications, like power and other tools. It complies with RoHS.
