Hytrel® HTR8068

Hytrel® HTR8068 by Celanese is a plasticizer-free thermoplastic polyester elastomer. It is a medium modulus flame retardant and anti drip resin that meets the requirement of UL94 V-0. It is light stabilized or stable to light. It possesses good melt stability, excellent toughness, resilience, high resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue, flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures. It provides resistance to industrial chemicals, oils and solvents. It has nominal durometer hardness of 44D. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, coating, thermoforming, casting, film, sheet, and other extrusion. Hytrel® HTR8068 is applicable for automotive, fluid power, electrical/electronic, consumer goods, appliance and power tool, sporting goods, furniture, industrial and off-road transportation/equipment industry.
