Hytrel® HTR8223 BK320

Hytrel® HTR8223 BK320 by Celanese is a plasticizer-free thermoplastic polyester elastomer. It is light- and heat stabilized. It is pigmented black with fine particle size carbon black and contains a general purpose stabilizer. Possesses good melt stability, excellent toughness, resilience, high resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue, flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures. Provides resistance to industrial chemicals, oils and solvents. Exhibits high melt viscosity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, coating, casting, film-, sheet- and other extrusion. Mostly used in constant velocity joint boots. {products} is recommended for demanding applications in the automotive, fluid power, electrical/electronic, consumer goods, appliance and power tool, sporting goods, furniture, industrial and off-road transportation/equipment industry.
