Desmopan® CQ 9873DU MBC091 by Covestro is an bio-circular, impact modified, ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It offers high mechanical strength and reduced carbon footprint without compromising on quality or performance. It exhibits high wear resistance, flexibility across a wide range of temperatures, and high elasticity over the entire hardness range.

It is intrinsically soft and does not require plasticizer.
It provides excellent resistance to oils, greases and solvents as well as to weathering and high-energy radiation.
It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
It is used in winter sports products, industrial applications and is ideal for extruding flat films & hoses.
Desmopan® CQ 9873DU MBC091 is also an alternative to special polyamides.
