Arnitel® EB464

Arnitel® EB464 by DSM is a high-performance, thermoplastic co-polyester (TPC) elastomer. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It is processed by extrusion blow molding. This grade possesses flexibility, strength & excellent processing characteristics. It offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. Arnitel® EB464 allows for 20-40% lighter solutions than rubber and also more cost effective solutions than rubber. Also, allows for highly reliable solutions due to its high temperature resistance (more temperature resistance than TPV). It is used in automotive (CVJ outboard boots & propshaft boots) and bellows. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.
