Hytrel® 4068

Hytrel® 4068 by Celanese is a low modulus, plasticizer-free thermoplastic polyester elastomer. It is light stabilized and contains non-discoloring stabilizer. It possesses good melt stability, excellent toughness, resilience, high resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue, flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures. It provides resistance to industrial chemicals, oils and solvents. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, thermoforming, casting, film-, sheet- and other extrusion. Hytrel® 4068 is used in molded products, tubing, film, sheeting, belting, seals, hose, wire and cable jackets. It finds applications in the automotive, fluid power, electrical/electronic, consumer goods, appliance and power tool, sporting goods, furniture, industrial and off-road transportation/equipment industry.
