MULTIFLEX™ TES A6509 EV0 by DuPont is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It is available as black colored pellets. It offers good aesthetics, very high fluidity, possible color & gloss harmonization between different parts and excellent UV resistance. It also offers good acoustic properties, soft touch, excellent elastomeric memory, impact resistance at high & low temperature and excellent bondability to most technical polymers. It is compatible with polypropylene. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. MULTIFLEX™ TES A6509 EV0 is recommended for exterior automotive applications such as quarter window glass encapsulation, A-pillar trims, acoustic & dust barrier door seals, cowl vent grill seals and front bumper spoilers.
