MULTIFLEX™ TES A7006 CWI1 NAT by DuPont is a recyclable, UV stabilized general purpose styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) grade, exhibiting good dynamical properties. It contains anti-blocking additive for polyethylene (PE) film extrusion, anti-slip, processing aid, anti-fibrillation additive for polypropylene (PP) yarn extrusion and weaving, stiffening agent for polypropylene (PP) films and plaques. It is a halogen free, oxygen scavenger, breathable, heat weldable (corners), and heat stabilized grade. It possesses thermal resistance, lower coefficient of friction, excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperature (>90°C), hydrocarbon, chemical, tear, heat, scratch, mar and fluid resistance, low taste, odor and extractables. It shows low compression set at 100°C, compatibility with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), long term adhesion stability, spinning, cycle up to 1600 rpm, improves mold filling, reduces cycle time, durability, good desiccant and peel properties. It provides lower extruder torque, improved thermal insulation, impact protection, noise and vibration dampening, low and high temperature flexibility. It is designed for injection molding and extrusion methods. The possible applications are health, personal care, houseware, portable electronics, hand & power tools, sports and leisure. It can also be used for electrical protection, wire and cable, packaging, window seals & gaskets, fluid and product delivery. MULTIFLEX™ TES A7006 CWI1 NAT complies with UL-94 V0 Flame Rating, KTW/A, W270 and W543 “LGA”.
