Calprene® 701

Calprene® 701 by Dynasol is a porous crumb, BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) & nonylphenol free SBS, 69/31 butadiene and styrene thermoplastic copolymer grade. It is polymerized in solution and has a linear structure. It is insoluble in water while soluble in organic solvents. It is stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant system, essentially gel-free with a very clear color. It exhibits good mechanical properties and shows very good yellow index behavior. Suitable for food contact applications, technical compounding, plastic modification, bitumen modification and adhesives. It is recommended for footwear and sealants. Calprene® 701 commercialized by Dynasol complies with EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), US Environmental Protection Agency), HSDB (US National Library of Medicine) and RTECS (US Dept. of Health & Human Services).
