Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Dynasol
Solprene® 1430 by Dynasol is a high molecular weight linear random -block styrene/butadiene copolymer grade. Contains 40% of styrene content (30% present as a polystyrene block) and non-staining antioxidant system. It is a high purity polymer, essentially gel free with a clear color. A choice of either non-staining antioxidant systems, BHT free or phosphite free, is available. used as an elastomeric impact modifier for plastics, especially in high gloss HIPS by the “in situ” polymerization process. It is also used in vulcanized shoe soles giving high hardness, flexibility and abrasion resistance with good processability. It is packed in bales wrapped in polystyrene-polybutadiene film. Solprene® 1430 complies with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), US Environmental Protection Agency, HSDB (US National Library of Medicine) and RTECS (US Dept. of Health & Human Services).
