EMPILON® HT45

EMPILON® HT45 by Empilon is a non-toxic, 100% recyclable, semi-opaque, high performance, hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer (SBC) grade. It is free of Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+, Sb, As, Ba, Se, halogen and phthalate ester. Possesses good electrical properties, excellent tensile strength, good resilience and low specific gravity. Offers good mechanical properties after solvent resistance testing and does not hydrolyze in water. Can be processed by injection molding, extrusion or calendering. EMPILON® HT45 by Empilon is recommended for power tool grips, automotive parts and sporting goods. Complies with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC in electrical and electronic equipment, SONY SS-00259 and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE 2002/95/EC).
