ESTANE® 2103-85AE TPU

ESTANE® 2103-85AE TPU by Lubrizol is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer grade based on film and resin profile. Exhibits good chemical resistance, hydrolytic stability and blend-ability, low-temperature flexibility, good weathering properties, resistance to wet environments and/or fungus growth, good mechanical strength and matte effect. It also offers good heat resistance, high clarity, transparency, good abrasion-, kink-, tear-, puncture-, oil-, grease- and high burst-pressure resistance, low creep properties, high tension set and grip. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Potential applications of ESTANE® 2103-85AE TPU include wire & cable jacketing market (building & construction, mining, coiled or spiral cables, telephone or data cabling, military cabling, fiber optics, land & marine cable, ocean bottom & off-shore, umbilicals, automotive anti-lock braking systems (ABS), harnesses, robot or chain cable, signal cable, transportation cable, & video/audio cable).
