ESTANE® 2355-75A TPU

ESTANE® 2355-75A TPU by Lubrizol is an impact-modified thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer grade. It has memory and elasticity, is hydrolytically stable and blendable, has good weathering qualities, and is resistant to moist conditions and/or fungus growth. It has good heat resistance, high clarity and transparency, good abrasion, kink, tear, puncture, oil, grease and high burst pressure resistance, low creep qualities, and high tension set & grip. It also has good mechanical strength & matte effect. Extrusion and injection molding can be used to process it. The wire and cable jacketing industry (building & construction, mining, coiled or spiral cables, telephone or data cabling, military cabling, fiber optics, land & marine cable, ocean bottom & off-shore, umbilicals, automotive anti-lock braking systems (ABS), harnesses, robot or chain cable, signal cable, transportation cable, & video/audio cable) is one source of potential applications. Additionally, it has a hose and tube market, which sells fire hoses and garden hoses as well as pneumatic tubing and hydraulic brake tubes. ESTANE® 2355-75A TPU is used to transport food and beverages, chemical liquids, abrasive materials, and vacuum cleaner hoses. It is also used in the conveyor, driving, and timing belt industries, as well as for industrial bladders, breathable textiles, ballistic glass, automotive interior parts, air mattresses, and pillows (food conveyor belts for meat, bakery, fish, etc., woodpress belts, printing blanket belts & airport belts).
