ESTANE® 54630 NAT 023

ESTANE® 54630 NAT 023 by Lubrizol is a durable, aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade with excellent clarity. It exhibits high hardness, very good abrasion resistance, good paintability, good flame resistance and high chemical resistance. It also provides low temperature flexibility, good strength and moisture vapor transmission. ESTANE® 54630 NAT 023 is designed for processing by melt-coating process. It is recommended to dry the material in a dehumidifying type dryer. It is suitable for medical devices and food contact applications such as food conveying belts and hoses.
