ESTANE® S190A TPU

ESTANE® S190A TPU by Lubrizol is polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits low temperature flexibility, good mechanical strength, hydrolytic stability, blend-ability and good weathering properties. Offers high clarity, resistance to chemical, creep, heat and wet environments. Possesses high transparency, good abrasion-, kink-, tear-, puncture-, oil-, solvents-, grease- and high burst-pressure resistance. ESTANE® S190A TPU can be processed using injection molding. Possible applications include fiber optics, wire & cable jacketing, packaging, building and construction. Also used for ocean bottom & off-shore, umbilicals and automotive anti-lock braking systems. Suitable for hose, tube, film and sheet market. Estane® S190A TPU is designed for conveyor, driving and timing belts. It complies with the FDA regulations 21 CFR 177.2600 and 21 CFR 177.1680.
