Adflex Q 100 F

Adflex Q 100 F by Lyondellbasell is a water insoluble, soft thermoplastic olefin elastomer grade. Offers good flexibility, processability, tear strength, low transparency with low modulus. Exhibits low temperature impact and good puncture resistance. It does not contain any slip or anti-blocking agents. Is suitable for processing by calendaring, extrusion flat-die, blow molding, blown film, double bubble and sheet extrusion. Adflex Q 100 F is recommended for modification of LDPE or LLDPE to increase mechanical characteristics, puncture resistance, and to allow further downgauging, food packaging applications including soft hygienic films, heavy duty film, bags & pouches, agriculture film, film wrap, collapsible tubes, barrier-, blown-, double bubble shrink-, breathable-, lamination-, stretch hood and surface protection film. Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), China GB9685-2008 and Ministry of Health announcement 2012 No.5, US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste directive 94/62/EC, ELV directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS (2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU) and meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520(a)(3)(iii) and 21 CFR 177.1520(c)(3.4).
