Softell CA 02 A

Softell CA 02 A is a water insoluble, natural colored thermoplastic olefin elastomer manufactured using LyondellBasell’s proprietary Catalloy process technology. Exhibits outstanding low stiffness, excellent low hardness, high ESCR (Environmental stress cracking resistance), good flexibility, medium heat resistance and good impact resistance. Shows high compatibility to fillers and flame retardant additives as well as to other polyolefins. Is suitable for processing by extrusion compounding, extrusion flat-die, calendering and extrusion wire. Recommended for polymer modification, sealants, TPO foils and skins, wire & cable, soft touch applications, building & construction including roofing underlayment, single ply roofing and automotive (panels & profiles). Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste directive 94/62/EC, End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and 2011/65/EU.
