Softell CA 7469 A is a water insoluble, natural colored thermoplastic olefin elastomer manufactured using LyondellBasell’s proprietary Catalloy process technology. Exhibits good flexibility, low hardness, low stiffness, medium heat resistance, high ESCR (environmental stress cracking resistance), low temperature impact resistance and good impact resistance. Shows high compatibility to fillers and flame retardant additives as well as to other polyolefins. Is suitable for processing by extrusion compounding, extrusion flat-die, calendering and extrusion wire. Recommended for polymer modification, sealants, wire & cable, packaging (TPO foils and skins, film), building & construction (single ply roofing), automotive (panels, profile) and soft touch applications.
