TPSiV™ 3040-70A Natural 26111 by DuPont is a thermoplastic silicone vulcanizate. Exhibits soft touch, good chemical resistance to oils, excellent abrasion resistance and high temperature performance in air, fast cycling during 2 shot molding on polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. Possesses excellent mechanical and physical property retention after weathering. Shows bonding with polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyvinylchloride (PVC) and polyurethane (PU). Provides mar resistance, low emissions and volatiles. Designed for overmolding injection molding process. Possible applications of TPSiV™ 3040-70A Natural 26111 are industrial, consumer and automotive.
