TPSiV™ 4200-50A by DuPont is a soft silky, thermoplastic silicone vulcanizate (TPSiV) elastomer. Exhibits bondability, durability, scratch resistance, good abrasion- and chemical resistance. Shows excellent bonding to polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and similar polar substrates. Provides mar resistance, low emissions and volatiles. Designed for overmolding injection molding process. TPSiV™ 4200-50A is recommended for seals, consumer electronics, mobile communication devices, computers, sports and leisure applications.
