Versaflex™ HC 2110-45N EU

Versaflex™ HC 2110-45N EU by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a natural colored thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade developed as an alternative to traditional isoprene rubber solutions for infusion stoppers & septums that require multiple needle penetration with good resealing performance. Provides good flow, low piercing force, good spike retention and good mold release. Also possesses good colorability, moldability, sterilizability, good processing stability and allows overmolding to PP and PE. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in overmolding, medical/ healthcare applications including sealing devices, plugs, seals and membranes. Versaflex™ HC 2110-45N EU complies with ISO 10993 Part 4 & 5, USP Class VI and RoHS regulations.
