Versalloy™ HC 9220-70

Versalloy™ HC 9220-70 is a natural colored thermoplastic elastomer grade. Is a non-phthalate plasticizer with superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. Provides exceptional colorability, good processability, good flow for injection molding and excellent extrudability. Is a recyclable material and allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Used in overmolding, flexible grips, medical/ healthcare applications such as medical tubing, disposable medical items and soft touch overmolding for surgical grips. Complies with RoHS and USP Class VI and ISO 10993 Part 4 & 5.
