RAVATHANE® R130D70

RAVATHANE® R130D70 by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a recyclable, resilient, elastic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) based on saturated polyester. It offers high tensile- & tear strength, low temperature flexibility, adhesion to polar substrates and service temperature of -50°C to +100°C. It is hydrolysis-, oxidation-, grease-, oil-, tear-, abrasion-, solvent- and scratch resistant.

• RAVATHANE® R130D70 offers good stability towards solvents and light.
• It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, over-molding and film lamination.
• RAVATHANE® R130D70 is possibly used in manufacturing of shoe soles, tactile markers, castor wheels, delineators, animal identification tags, timing belts (toothed belts), heel, shoes, injection part, hose, and tubing.
