RTP 1203 S-90A

RTP 1203 S-90A is an ester-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPUR) grade reinforced with 20% glass fiber. Exhibits enhanced physical properties. It is an excellent alternative to metal in applications where strength, dimensional stability, and toughness are important. Offers dramatic improvements over neat resins in stiffness, tensile strength, load-bearing ability, and other properties including short-term temperature resistance. RTP 1203 S-90A can be processed using injection molding. Applications include electrical, electronics, energy, drug delivery devices, surgical tools, in-vitro diagnostics, orthopedics, other healthcare segments, pump & tool housings, HVAC base pans & fan blades, panels, handles, brackets, components used in heavy equipments, plumbing, fittings & valve bodies and gears for conveyor drives & power tools.
