SUNPRENE® TPEE H605 by Sichuan Sunshine Plastics is a high-performance thermoplastic polyester elastomer. It exhibits high structural strength, excellent resilience, dimensional stability, good creep-, impact-, bend fatigue- and friction resistance. It offers flexibility at low temperature and keeps good performance at elevated temperatures. It possesses resistance to many industrial chemicals, oils and solvents leading to corrosion. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extruded into the linear workpiece. It is applicable in automotive parts like airbags accessories, after the suitcase lock assembly, door lock assembly, door handle seal ring, vibration plate, silencer gears, pipe closers, plugs, ball-end, windows seat shock, shock chassis and stone chip resistant coating chassis as well as industrial manufacturing such as elevator slide, high-pressure washer, silencer gear, spring cigarette machines, instruments and so on. SUNPRENE® TPEE H605 is developed for shoemaking (sole, heel, roller skates or roller skates wheels). Designed for electronics and electrical appliance welding the cable sheath, electrical flexible button, cordless phone antenna covers, wire and cable, electric tools, sports goods, plastic alloys, daily necessities (toothbrush handle).
