Laprene® NERO 83GE9ZA60

Laprene® NERO 83GE9ZA60 is a saturated (double bonds-free), recyclable SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene)-based TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade comprising elastic phase made up of SEBS rubber and plastic phase (polyolefinic nature). It is a black colored cylindrical pellet with light characteristic odor. Plastic phase allows its processing in an easy and inexpensive way. Exhibits elastic recovery, softness, heat adhesion on polypropylene (PP), high fatigue resistance, high thermal & electric insulation values, excellent colorability and aesthetic properties. Laprene® NERO 83GE9ZA60 also exhibits excellent resistance to weathering agents, ozone, UV aging and chemical agents (bases, acids, alcohols, detergents & water solutions). Moreover, it can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for automotive exteriors like glass encapsulation. Compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH).
