Pibiflex® 3560 NAT

Pibiflex® 3560 NAT is a thermoplastic copolyester elastomer formed by rigid crystalline PBT segments and soft amorphous long chain polyether segments. The soft segments provide elasticity and rubber-like properties, while the hard segments provide the processing ease and the strength typical of engineering plastics. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Exhibits excellent toughness, elasticity, high creep resistance, impact strength, flexural fatigue resistance, good flexibility at low temperatures, good retention of characteristic at high temperatures and outstanding chemical resistance (to fuels, oils, greases). Shows good adhesion properties to many polymeric materials including ABS, PBT, PC, PC/PBT, PC/ABS, EVA, SEBS, TPU and to many paints, glues and metals. Is fully recyclable material and it can be reused after regrinding. Used in automotive, electrical appliances, industrial, sports application and in food packaging like alcohol, fruit juices and oil bottling. Is approved for automotive applications by the most important automotive manufacturers and Tier 1. Complies with FDA-CFR 21-parts 170-199.
