Sarlink® TPV 4139DN

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Teknor Apex
Sarlink® TPV 4139DN is an opaque, resilient thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade with medium hardness and heat resistance. Exhibits excellent fatigue resistance, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties, abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to chemicals & weathering. Has high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension & compression set and good colorability. It reduces production costs due to its shorter cycle times, reduces energy needs and has very high material efficiency as a result of its recyclability. Sarlink® TPV 4139DN can be reprocessed through several heat cycles without loss of physical properties. Is suitable for processing by blow molding, extrusion, profiles and injection molding. Desired for applications like automotive (under hood applications, sealing systems) grommets and profiles. Potential applications include building, film, household appliances, hoses, gaskets/seals, power tools, sports and leisure articles, personal care products, tubing, wire & cable jacketing. Complies with DAIMLERCHRYSLER MSAR 30 Type A Color: Black, DAIMLERCHRYSLER MSAR 30 Type A Color: Natural, FORD ESB-M4D495-A5 Color: Black, FORD ESB-M4D495-A5 Color: Natural, FORD WSD-M2D441-A Color: Black, FORD WSD-M2D441-A Color: Natural, FORD WSD-M2D441-A1 Color: Black, FORD WSD-M2D441-A1 Color: Natural, GM GMP.E/P.006 Color: Black, GM GMP.E/P.006 Color: Natural, GM QK 3531 Type 2 Color: Black, GM QK 3531 Type 2 Color: Natural, GM QK 3532 Type 2 Color: Black and GM QK 3532 Type 2 Color: Natural.
