Neoplast™ 2145-01 by Zylog is TPV (PP/EPDM) grade providing high flexibility across different plastic processes & 100% recyclability. It is a strong material providing excellent sealing, aesthetics, long term performance compared to thermoset rubbers and PVCs. It is processed by co-injection and co-extrusion. It shows good UV- and chemical resistance as well as fair oil resistance. It exhibits good weather-, tear-, abrasion-, ozone-, acid-, base-, alcohol-, water solution-, polar solvent-, detergent- and high-temperature resistance. It possesses reduced system costs, reduction in part processing as well as lowering carbon footprint. Neoplast™ 2145-01 imparts balanced mechanical properties of low compression set, resiliency, flex fatigue behavior and tensile strength. Low fogging, odor, coefficient of friction, good colorability, surface quality and long-term heat stability are some other properties offered by this grade. It is designed for industrial, healthcare and medical applications.
