3M™ Dyneon™ Perfluoroelastomer PFE 7403WZ by 3M-Dyneon is a high temperature perfluoroelastomer grade, reinforced with polymer filler. Shows excellent physical properties and resistance to oxygen- and fluorine-containing plasma environments. Provides low particle generation, low weight loss, low outgassing, high purity, low long term compression set and excellent chemical resistance. 3M™ Dyneon™ Perfluoroelastomer PFE 7403WZ is used in wafer production processes and semiconductor applications.
