3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FE 5520 by 3M-Dyneon is a high viscosity, bisphenol cured fluoroelastomer. It contains 65.5% fluorine content. It is a terpolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene. Exhibits good compression set resistance, improved low temperature flexibility, clean running and excellent mold release. Offers productivity improvement and temperature resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and transfer molding. Designed for rubber and plastic industry. Recommended for automotive fuel system & oil seal applications including O-ring seals for fuel injection systems. Shelf life of 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FE 5520 is 3 years.
