3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FE 5830Z by 3M-Dyneon is a bisphenol cured fluoroelastomer. It is a terpolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene. It contains 70.0% fluorine and utilizes proprietary incorporated cure technology. Offers good permeation resistance. It is soluble in ketones and esters. Can be processed by extrusion. Designed for automotive and hoses for the entire fuel system. Can be formulated to meet -40°C mandrel bend fuel hose specifications. Shelf life of 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FE 5830Z is 3 years.
