BAYMOD® N XL 33.61 VP

BAYMOD® N XL 33.61 VP by ARLANXEO is a pre-crosslinked acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) containing PVC as separating agent. It is an elastic and impact resistant modifier. It offers excellent chemical-, oil-, fuel-, grease- and hydrolysis-resistance. It shows good low temperature flexibility, low fatigue, improved coefficient of friction and free flowability. It provides excellent dimensional stability, binding characteristics and very low extraction rate of plasticizers. It is soluble in wet processes and highly compatible with different base polymers such as PVC and phenolic resins. It is suitable for processing by injection molding method. BAYMOD® N XL 33.61 VP is used in brake applications and gaskets for rubber industry.
