KELTAN® Eco 5470

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by ARLANXEO
KELTAN® Eco 5470 by ARLANXEO is a highly crystalline, 70% bio-based ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) with narrow molecular weight distribution and medium Mooney viscosity. It is made with ethylene from sugarcane. It contains medium ethylidene norbornene (ENB) content and a non-staining stabilizer. It is compatible with other synthetic rubbers. It exhibits reduced dependence on fossil resources and reduced carbon footprint, outstanding flexibility, elasticity and heat stability. It offers good weather resistance, durability, great surface aesthetics, excellent electrical properties and moldability. It provides very high mechanical strength, good robustness and good processability. It can be processed by extrusion. KELTAN® Eco 5470 is recommended for solid sealing systems, hoses, mechanical goods and low voltage cable applications.
