PERBUNAN® 3430 F

PERBUNAN® 3430 F by ARLANXEO is a clean, non-staining, stabilized and fast-curing acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) copolymer. It offers excellent resistance to swelling in oils, fuels and greases. It shows exceptional low-temperature flexibility, heat resistance, quick processing and a very short molding cycle.

It provides a reduced tendency toward mold fouling & corrosion, high modulus, good sealing force retention and low migration & extraction level in food applications.
It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
It is recommended for seals, membranes, vibration-dampers, hoses, rubberized fabrics, roll covers, sheets, conveyor and transmission belts.
It is also designed for shoe soles, automotive, construction, machine industries and food contact applications.
Shelf life of the PERBUNAN® 3430 F is 24 months from date of production at temperatures not exceeding 35°C in dry conditions.
