Bakelite® UP 804

Bakelite® UP 804 by Bakelite Synthetics is a styrene-free, non-flammable polyester grade reinforced with glass fiber and inorganic filler.

It exhibits high- surface quality molding and dimensional stability, very slight post shrinkage and good mechanical properties.
It offers very good electrical properties, high- arc resistance and temperature stability.
It is processed by compression- and injection molding.
Bakelite® UP 804 is recommended for explosion proof switches, safety switch housings, telecommunications technology, electric motor clamp boards, wiring devices, housing parts, toaster panels, waffle iron covers, iron heat shield, oven strips, oven knobs and regulator knobs, neon tubes end parts and bases.
