MM240TV by CHT Group is a pourable 2-part addition cure silicone rubber containing a platinum catalyst. The rate of cure can be accelerated by heat. Exhibits high tear, high dimensional stability, very low shrinkage, high chemical resistance, excellent physical and electrical properties. Suitable for processing by gravity or pressure injection molding. MM240TV can be designed for molding masters, plasters, large objects, chocolate, and icing sugar. It is also used in rapid prototyping, case making in the ceramics industry, manufacture of cornice and tampo print pads.
